Stephen Wojciehowski, 59, wore a "plastic wrap" bikini on the Ocean Street Beach, police say.

A Beach Haven police detective recently charged a Cedar Run man with lewdness after he was accused of lounging on the public Ocean Street beach wearing a homemade "clear plastic wrap" bikini for two days.
Detective Joseph Boehler arrested Stephen Wojciewhoski, 59, and charged him with lewdness earlier this month, according to the police department's Facebook page.
Police began the investigation on Sept. 14, after several eyewitnesses reported seeing him on the public beach clad in the plastic wrap, with his genitals were clearly exposed.
