Residents In Low-lying Areas Of Stafford Asked To Move Their Vehicles Before Coastal Storm
People who live in Mallard Island, Mud City, Cedar Bonnet Island and Beach Haven West are asked to relocate their cars

The Stafford Township Office of Emergency Management is asking residents who live in the back bays and flood-prone areas to move their vehicles to higher ground ahead of the storm, according to the Stafford Township Police Department's Facebook page.
That includes Mallard Island, Mud City, Cedar Bonnet Island and Beach Haven West.
Residents can park their vehicles on the bridge near Heron Drive, where all parking restrictions have been lifted for the duration of the storm, or on the Town Hall side of the municipal building at 260 East Bay Avenue.
"We respectfully request residents to monitor local media outlets for storm updates and only to contact the police department or 911 for emergencies," the post states. "We will post additional information to this site as conditions warrant."
