Stafford Police Charge Two With Heroin Possession After Motor Vehicle Stop

Arrests took place in parking lot of the Stafford Park Apartment Complex.

Stafford police officers recently arrested two area residents in the parking lot of the Stafford Park Apartment Complex and charged them with possession of heroin after a minor motor vehicle stop.

Officers stopped the car in the lot at 11 p.m. on Jan. 19. The investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Nicole Cesario, 32, Manahawkin, and passenger Eric Emde, 37, Forked River, for possession of heroin, according to the police report.

They were taken to police headquarters, where Cesario was also charged with multiple motor vehicle violations and Emde with possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. They were both released pending a future court appearance.
