Bernards Township Closes All Municipal Offices Due To Snowstorm
The township sent out an alert around 8 a.m. on Tuesday.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Bernards Township closed all municipal offices on Tuesday due to the snowstorm.
Somerset County's Senior Wellness Centers are also closed on Tuesday, Feb. 13.
Home meal delivery is also suspended. Clients should eat the frozen "snow day" meals provided for this purpose, and delivery will resume once road travel is safe again.

The National Weather Service(NWS) issued a Winter Storm Warning which remains in effect through 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
The NWS is predicting 4 to 8 inches of snow could fall in Basking Ridge.

Temperatures will reach a high of 39 on Tuesday and snow could be heavy at times.
It will also be breezy, with a northeast wind 15 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
