Realty Agent From Basking Ridge Honored by Coldwell Banker

Peter Wisniewski of Basking Ridge, Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Feist & Feist Realty Corp. in Basking Ridge, has been recognized as one of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s 2012 “Top Two."

The "Top Two" is a designation is reserved for the elite top two percent of producers from among the almost 2,600 Coldwell Banker Commercial sales professionals organization-wide, according to an announcement this week from Feist & Feist.

In addition, Wisniewski has received the Silver Level Circle of Distinction and the Number One CBC Sales Professional in New Jersey for two years running, according to the company. This marks the third straight year Wisniewski has earned a distinction award for his work representing owners and tenants of office, industrial and retail properties throughout New Jersey, according to Feist & Feist.

Among other properties, Wisniewski and Feist & Feist are exclusive leasing agents for the Highlands Village Center in The Hills off Allen Road in Basking Ridge.
