Cub Scout Pack 55 of Basking Ridge is hosting its annual Picnic and Rocket Launch on Sunday September 20th at 4:00pm in Southard Park. The event is open to all current and prospective Cub Scouts and families interested in learning more about Cub Scouts with boys in Grades 1 through 5.
The event will include launching a rocket that you have built, information about the Cub Scout program in Basking Ridge and, of course, hamburgers/hot dogs picnic.

The event is free, however, advanced registration is required and can be done through Pack 55’s website at www.pack55.com. Registration will close at the end of the day on Thursday September 17th 2015.
Building the rocket is done using a kit that we provide. It is very straightforward and fun, however, does require some pieces to be glued together and we recommend allowing at least 48 hours for that glue to dry before the event.
