The highest recorded amount in New Jersey that fell from Monday night into Tuesday was in Sussex County. How much did Basking Ridge get?

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — While it wasn't the amount of snow the kiddos were hoping for, there was enough to blanket the area and delay school openings.
But how much snow did we get? The National Weather Service reports Basking Ridge recorded 2.9 inches.
In Somerset County, Watchung and Warren ranked the highest with 3.5 inches. The highest recorded amount in New Jersey was in Wantage and Montague in Sussex County with 6.4 inches.
