Upcoming Summer Events In Basking Ridge For 2024

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Summer will officially kick off on June 20 and the Bernards Township Parks & Recreation already has a lineup of free events for residents to enjoy in July and August.

Check out the Summer Event Schedule below:

July 9: Family Fun Night, 6:30 p.m. at Dunham Park. DJ, Activities, Carnival Style Games & Prizes, Movie - Wonka(PG) at 8:30 p.m.

July 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20: Fiddle On The Roof. Plays in the Park performances at 8 p.m. at the Pleasant Valley Park Amphitheater.

July 16: Hoi Polloi. Concert at 6:30 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Park. Jersey's Own "HOY-puh-LOY" playing all your favorite party hits.

July 23: PBJ Band. Concert at 6:30 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Park. Local musicians, playing rock and roll music all with acoustic instruments.

July 26, 27, Aug. 1, 2, 3: Shakespeare in Hollywood. Plays in the Park performances at 8 p.m. at the Pleasant Vallery Park Amphitheater.

July 30: Beatlemania Again. Concert at 6:30 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Park. A musical journey back in time featuring more than 30 of The Beatles' greatest hits performed live.

Aug. 6: National Night Out. 6 p.m. at the Municipal Complex. DJ, Activities, Demonstrations, Vehicle Displays, 8 p.m. Movie - Inside Out(PG)

Aug. 13: Outdoor Movie. 8 p.m. Dunham Park. Barbie(PG-13)

All events are free. Guests should bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating and a flashlight for events after dark.
