WEATHER ALERT: Hour-By-Hour Forecast of Snow, Freezing Rain Wednesday, Into Thursday In Basking Ridge

More snow is in the forecast for Wednesday, into Thursday, in Basking Ridge.

The seemingly conveyor belt of snow continues rolling this winter, as Basking Ridge is expected to get more snow later this week.

Freezing rain and sleet are expected in Basking Ridge Tuesday night, before changing to just rain after 11 p.m. Rain is expected for Wednesday, switching to rain and snow before 11 p.m., and then snow after midnight. According to the National Weather Service, the low temperature is expected to dip to 24 degrees, with possible snowfall totals between 2-4 inches.

Snow is likely on Thursday, as well, mainly before 1 p.m., according to the NWS. Conditions are expected to be partly cloudy, with a high near 28 degrees. Possible snowfall totals on Thursday are between 1-3 inches.
