2 Leases Signed At Clara Maass Hospital Campus In Belleville
A health care business is relocating to the Clara Maass hospital campus in Belleville, and another has renewed its lease.

BELLEVILLE, NJ — A health care business is relocating to the Clara Maass hospital campus in Belleville, and another has renewed its lease with the RWJBarnabas Health facility, a real estate firm reported.
NAI James E. Hanson recently announced that it has negotiated a 2,557-square-foot renewal with Clark Dermatology LLC at 36 Newark Avenue, and a 1,776-square-foot relocation with The Heart Center of the Oranges at 5 Franklin Avenue.
Both sites are located on the campus of Clara Maass Medical Center.

The firm’s team serves as the exclusive leasing brokers for Everest Healthcare Properties’ portfolio, which includes 127,143 square feet of medical office space across 5 Franklin Avenue, 36 Newark Avenue and 50 Newark Avenue.

“The buildings in The Clara Maass Campus Medical Offices portfolio are an ideal fit for a wide range of physicians and healthcare providers. 5 Franklin Avenue is a seven-story, 53,062-square-foot medical office building with 24-hour access. 36 Newark Avenue is a three-story, 47,842-square-foot medical office building that is connected to Clara Maass Medical Center via an indoor pedestrian bridge. Located across the street, 50 Newark Avenue is a three-story, 26,239-square-foot medical office building with a wide range of available spaces.”
