BELLEVILLE, NJ — Need some cash to make a home repair in Belleville? There’s a program for that, and it could net you up to $22,000.
Belleville officials recently reminded residents about the town’s Home Improvement Program (HIP), which provides grants in the form of forgivable loans of up to $22,000 for eligible home improvements to households that meet the income qualifications.
Eligible improvements include but are not limited to: heating, plumbing, electrical, roof, gutters exterior siding, windows and doors. Applications are available online here.
