Belleville Man Charged With Alleged Child Pornography Distribution
Terrell McSeed, 28, will face possession, distribution following indictment from 2011 arrest.

New Jersey Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa announced the indictment of a 28-year-old Belleville man on Internet child pornography distribution charges, including video showing sexual assaults on young children, according to a published report Tuesday.
The Division of Criminal Justice Financial and Computer Crimes Bureau charged Terrell McSeed, 28, with second-degree distribution of child pornography, second-degree offering child pornography and fourth-degree possession of child pornography, a NorthJersey.com report said. He was arrested in the fall of 2011.
"We allege that this defendant had numerous explicit videos that he was sharing of children who were sexually assaulted for the gratification of viewers like him," Chiesa said.

Second-degree crimes carry a sentence of five to 10 years in state prison, plus a fine of up to $150,000. Fourth-degree crimes carry a sentence of up to 18 months in prison, along with a fine of up to $10,000.
Between June 28, 2011 and Sept. 29, 2011, McSeed knowingly used Internet file-sharing software to create multiple files containing child pornography that were readily available for any other user to download from a designated "shared folder" on McSeed's computer, according to the indictment, the report said.

McSeed will be arraigned on the charges at a later.
