Christmas 'Pop-Up Bars' With Themed Drinks Return In North Jersey

NEW JERSEY — Craving a “Christmapolitan?” Got a hankering for a “Snowball Old-Fashioned?” Break out that ugly Christmas sweater – the Miracle pop-up bar is returning to four local watering holes in North Jersey for 2024.

In the past few years, the annual pop-up bar – which includes kitschy, over-the-top Christmas-themed decorations and cocktails that fit the occasion – has made appearances across the nation.

Visitors at four participating North Jersey bars will be able to sample liquor-spiked libations, including old favorites like the Christmapolitan (vodka, elderflower, dry vermouth, spiced cranberry sauce, lime, rosemary, absinthe mist) and the Snowball Old-Fashioned (rye, gingerbread, aromatic bitters, wormwood bitters, orange essence). They’ll also be able to try out some new Christmasy concoctions like the Stocking Stuffer, the Christmasaurus, the Crooked Antler, the Santa Slide and the Koala Lalala.

The Miracle pop-up bars will be operating until Jan. 5. Here's where you can indulge your inner Santa in North Jersey this year:
