Local Students Recognized for Academic Achievement

College students from Belleville have been recognized this past fall for academic achievement at schools of higher learning.

Arienne Kvetkus was named to the dean’s list at Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Ct.

Naomi David and Jennifer DeJesus made the dean’s and president’s lists at Berkeley College, Woodland Park (formerly West Paterson) campus.  

In addition, a Belleville High School senior has been awarded a scholarship to Berkeley College. Johnathan Gonzalez was awarded the scholarship, which is renewed for students who maintain a certain minimum grade point average while attending the school.
