Luxury Apartments With Rooftop Pool Opening Soon In Belleville

BELLEVILLE, NJ — Leasing has started at a new “luxury apartment development” in Belleville.

Ethos Kelsey at 740 Washington Avenue is expected to open in June, according to a news release from Christie’s International Real Estate Group.

Developed by Sound Development, Ethos Kelsey includes 104 residences, including 78 one-bedroom units and 26 studios. Apartments range from 596 square feet for studios to 996 square feet for one-bedroom units. The monthly rent starts at $2,300.

Some amenities at the property include “Belleville’s first and only rooftop pool” — complete with private cabanas, grilling stations, and views of the New York City skyline — as well as two Zoom workspaces, overnight guest suites, indoor and outdoor lounges, a fitness center, a pet spa, a dog run, a game room with billiards, bike storage and covered parking.
