New Warehouse Complex Unveiled In Belleville; Property Seeing 'Strong Interest' From Potential Renters
The property benefits from a long-term, 30-year payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) agreement, which is already in place.
BELLEVILLE, NJ — A new warehouse complex was recently unveiled in the Essex County area: Lincoln Logistics Belleville.
The 15.25-acre site – which is located at 681 Main Street in Belleville – features two Class A industrial warehouse buildings.

“Both facilities feature 36-foot ceiling heights, ESFR sprinklers, robust parking and ample power to support a range of tenant requirements. Building One, totaling 91,746 square feet with 2,287 square feet of spec office space, includes 59-foot-by-54-foot column spacing, 17 dock doors, two drive-in doors and dedicated trailer parking. Building Two spans 112,661 square feet with 2,445 square feet of spec office space and offers 54-foot-by-51-foot column spacing, 26 dock doors and two drive-in doors.”
The site is located close to the region’s major transportation corridors, including major national airports and ports, Lincoln Equities Group noted.
The firm has hired CBRE to lead leasing efforts for the property.

“We’re already fielding strong interest from companies within various sectors,” CRBE vice chair Thomas Monahan said.
