Outdoor Summer Movies, Public Concerts In Belleville: See The Schedule

BELLEVILLE, NJ — The lineup has been released for the 2022 “Summer Entertainment” schedule in Belleville, with events taking place from Wednesday, July 6 to Thursday, Sept. 1.

According to a municipal advisory, this summer’s event schedule includes outdoor movies every other Wednesday, and an outdoor concert every Thursday. All events will be held at Belleville High School, 100 Passaic Avenue. People are welcome to bring a lawn chair and/or blanket.

For movies, participants can gather at 7:30 p.m., with the film starting at dusk. The schedule includes:

• July 6 – Encanto
• July 20 – Black Panther
• Aug. 3 – Shrek
• Aug. 17 – Top Gun
• Aug. 31 - Coco

Concerts begin gathering at 6:30 p.m., with music starting at 7 p.m. The schedule includes:

• July 7 – The Beatles Mystery Tour
• July 14 – City Cape and The Park Avenue Horns
• July 21 – Jersey Sound, New Jersey’s Premiere Oldies Band
• July 28 – Cintron Latin Soul
• Aug. 4 – Second Contact Sounds From the 70s and 80s
• Aug. 11 – Alternate Groove Party
• Aug. 18 – Stone Flower Sounds of Santana Plus
• Aug. 25 – Bix Hix, American Country Band
• Sept. 1 – Dance the Night Away With Mujack
