2 Of 3 Missing Teens In Essex County Have Been Found (UPDATED)

Two teens in Nutley went missing over the Memorial Day weekend. Another juvenile was reported missing in Newark.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Two teens in Nutley were reported missing over the Memorial Day weekend, and both of them have since been located. Meanwhile, another teen remains missing in Newark, police said Thursday.

Two separate missing persons cases involving juveniles were announced last weekend in Nutley: Jazmine Mendez, 15, and Eduardo Barrazza, 14.

Mendez was eventually located after an officer saw her walking on Brookline Avenue in Nutley, police told Patch on Tuesday.

Barrazza has also been found, authorities announced Thursday.

Authorities previously released the following details about each case:

JAZMINE MENDEZThe Nutley Police Department issued a missing persons alert for Jazmine Mendez, 15, on Saturday. She was last seen leaving Nutley High School (300 Franklin Avenue) around 2:30 p.m. Mendez has asthma and does not have her medication with her, family members said. Unconfirmed reports indicate that Mendez may be in the city of Newark, police said in an update on Sunday.

EDUARDO BARRAZZA Eduardo Barrazza, 14, walked away from his home after an argument, police reported Monday. He was last seen walking south on Franklin Avenue towards Belleville. He is known to frequent the area of Summer Avenue in Newark. Police said that Barrazza was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweat pants, with white and black Jordans. He was also wearing a silver necklace depicting the letter "F" with a crown on top of it and was carrying a black backpack.

MISSING TEEN IN NEWARK

Another missing persons case involving a juvenile was announced over the holiday weekend in Newark.

According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, Katyyah Rogers, 15, of Newark, was reported missing on May 14. She was last seen at Eastern Parkway near Varsity Road.

Police said Rogers has run away from home before. She is 5 feet 5 inches and about 120 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Rogers remains missing as of Thursday, authorities told Patch.
