NUTLEY, NJ — Looking for a head-bashing good time in Nutley that will also help fight cancer? IWF Wrestling will return to Nutley on Saturday, April 15 to benefit the American Cancer Society “Relay For Life.”

The family-friendly, live event will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Rec Center in Nutley. Learn more or buy tickets here.

“Leading the path of destruction into the family-friendly extravaganza are IWF Heavyweight Champion Dark Oracle Sage, IWF Tag Team Champion Master of Chaos Kevin Knight, IWF American Champion Supersonic KC Bonilla, The All-Americans Brian and Robert Atkins, Benjamin T. Asher, East Side Dave McDonald, El Famoso Eloy Fiesta and more. Fans will witness heated rivalries, high-flying maneuvers and fierce head-to-head battles for all IWF Championships. Trained to perfection, IWF Wrestling School graduates are top-flight athletes who have mastered the physical strength and mental stamina necessary to compete in jaw-dropping live action. April 15 also serves as Fan Appreciation Night, with raffles, giveaways and door prizes. A Hall of Fame ceremony will round out the evening, honoring long-time members of the IWF family.”

New Jersey Broadcasters Association Hall of Famer Bert Baron, host of B-Inspired Podcast and WRNJ Radio Morning Show, will serve as emcee.

“This event marks more than a quarter-century of family fun, great wrestling and giving back to the community,” Baron said. “Congratulations to all who make these events memorable and successful.”

Relay for Life of Nutley began 17 years ago, and since IWF's involvement in 2012, the grapplers with hearts of gold have raised $42,138 for the American Cancer Society. Read More: Here's What Cancer Taught This 'Heartless' NJ Pro Wrestler

The annual event has found support among Nutley town officials.

“Overall, as a community, we have raised over $1.45 million for American Cancer Society,” Commissioner Mauro Tucci said. “Our 17th annual Relay For Life season has the potential to be one of our best fundraising years ever.”
