Three Belleville Men Indicted On Gun and Drug Charges

On Wednesday Oct. 15, four men were indicted in by a grand jury Warren County courts for 21 counts.

Anthony Rullo, 25, Johnathan Guanoquizo, 23, and Harvey Gonzalez, 23, along with Ocean County’s Rodrigo Tavares, 25, were indicted on charges stating that they had, “an unregistered gun and assortment of drugs inside a Hardwick Township forest,” reports The Express-Times.

The men were arrested back in April of 2014 after police found the group in a Hardwick forest, where “police spotted a loaded .32 caliber handgun sticking out of a folded piece of clothing on the ground,” reports The Express-Times. Upon further investigation, officers found multiple drugs including heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana.

According to The Express-Times, each man was charged with multiple drug possession counts and a single count of unlawful possession of a weapon.

The men may face up to 10 years prison in relation to the gun charge, and five years for each drug charge, reports the Ocean City Gazette
