NUTLEY, NJ — A longtime Nutley coach and educator was recently featured on a podcast series that spotlights inspiring local residents.
Joe Affinito was the latest guest on the Inside Nutley Podcast. Hosted by lifelong resident Thomas Greco, the monthly series provides a look at current town issues, explores how the town is moving forward, spotlights residents and businesses, and answers questions from Nutley residents.
Affinito has been a fixture in the school system for more than 40 years, working as a physical education teacher, media coordinator, head and assistant baseball coach, assistant football coach, athletic director and vice principal.
