HARDING TOWNSHIP, NJ — Local authorities are seeking the public’s help identifying a lost person walking on a main road.

Deemed a “possible resident at risk,” the man was found walking along Village Road without shoes on, Harding police said in a statement.

“They appear to be lost and are non verbal,” police said Thursday, and shared a picture of the shoeless man carrying a backpack, with dark pants and a black shirt.

It was not immediately clear when the man was found on Village Road.

As of 11:45 a.m. Friday, Harding police have not provided any updates on social media.
