Music At Moorland Decides Against Rescheduling Fireworks
Fireworks called off on Thursday were considered for Friday show, but logistics said not to be possible.

The show did go on for Thursday's 12th annual Music at Moorland's performance by the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, a fundraiser for the Somerset Medical Center, but rain and electrical storms forced the evening's planned Grucci fireworks to be called off.
Officials and planners for Music at Moorland in Far Hills attempted to reschedule the Fireworks by Grucci of New York show for Friday, but were unable to work out a variety of logistics, said Guy Torsilieri, co-chair of the event.
Another potential electrical storm was predicted for Friday evening.

Although no rain date had been set, Torsilieri said that the organizers are reviewing planning issues for future years.
The crowd had been treated to a "slightly abbreviated" concert by the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, he said. However, rain and electrical storms required the clearing out of Moorland Farm, located off Route 202 in Far Hills.
