Patch: What’s your favorite part about doing business in the Bedminster area?
Paula: The varied market. The area has something for everyone, one bedroom condos to multimillion dollar town homes and single family homes.
Patch: How is the market these days?
Paula: The market looks good for spring! There are many signs that sellers are waiting for a month or so to go on the market. But the buyers are waiting patiently!
Patch: What is your favorite part about working in the real estate business?
Paula: The people, I love working with people and building relationships.
Patch: How did you get involved in the industry?
Paula: Praying one day for direction and thought I heard the words, “Real Estate”. That’s a true story!
Patch: What are the top three tips you would give someone who is looking for a new place to buy?
Paula: Location, I know it sounds cliché but it is the most important. I always relate it to buying stock…you wouldn’t invest in a stock that had no potential for growth. Second, good schools are not only important for families, but for resale. Third, Look for areas that are expanding for the future or towns that are being revitalized for the young generation and have access to the train lines to the city.
Patch: How do you set yourself apart from your competitors?
Paula: I know the market backward and forward and always have creative ideas to solve problem with less stress. It’s all about service and resources that take advantage of the best customer care and bring value to the client.
