Solar Farm Hearings Moved to the Bedminster School
The Bedminster Land Use Board moved the hearings to the school because of the size of the expected crowd. The application will be heard at 7 p.m.

Hearings on the controversial solar farm planned for the rural countryside of Bedminster will continue this Thursday.
Concerns and questions about the Bedminster Land Use Board's hearings on the KDC Solar application haven't been quelled in the last few months since the board began reviewing the application in September. About 100 people attended the November session on the solar farm application.
This week's round of hearings has been moved to 7 p.m. Thursday at Bedminister School to accommodate the expected crowd.
Residents of Bedminster are fighting the application, which would erect 40,484 solar panels on the 55 acres of the Kirby Farm. The electricity generated by the proposed facility would power Sanofi-Aventis, located on Route 202/206 in Bridgewater.
Hearings on the KDC application are expected to continue through 2014.
