Dr. Clott is also skilled at reconstructive surgery, including breast reconstruction, excision and reconstruction of skin cancers, traumatic plastic surgery and all hand surgery. His extensive hand surgery experience allows him to comfortably manage complex hand trauma, carpal tunnels, trigger fingers, Dequervaines disease, Dupytrene’s hand contractures and most other hand related issues (bone, nerve, tendon, soft tissue). A water main break on Monday on Mine Mount Road in Bernardsville left 14 Mine Mount and Park Lane homes without water for hours, and the road closed for much of the day.Repairs were underway mid-day Monday, said Borough Police Chief Kevin Valentine.The estimated time for completion of repairs was 4 p.m., Valentine said at that time. The chief reported that the road was reopening at 9 p.m. on Monday.
