2 Cars Stolen In Bloomfield Last Week, Police Say

Cars were stolen on Bloomfield Avenue and Davey Street, police said.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Two cars were stolen in Bloomfield last week, police reported Thursday.

The Bloomfield Police Department released the following details about each incident:

Sept. 26 – “Officers responded to the 200-block Bloomfield Avenue on report of a motor vehicle theft. The complainant parked his vehicle in his assigned parking spot near his building on Sept. 25 at approximately 11 p.m. When he returned the following morning, he noticed the vehicle was missing. The vehicle, a gray 2019 Honda Accord, was entered as stolen. This incident is under investigation.”

Sept. 28 – “Officers responded to the 200-block of Davey Street on report of a motor vehicle theft. A resident last saw his vehicle parked on the street at 9 p.m., when he returned the following morning, he noticed broken glass on the ground and the vehicle was missing. The vehicle, a white 2018 Infiniti Q50, was entered as stolen. This incident is under investigation.”
