2 Cars Stolen On Same Day In Bloomfield: Police
A woman left her car unattended while she picked up her kids. A man parked his car on the street overnight – and it was gone in the morning.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Two cars were stolen on the same day in Bloomfield, authorities recently announced.
The Bloomfield Police Department released the following details about the thefts, which took place on May 13:
OVERLOOK TERRACE – Officers responded to the area of Overlook Terrace after getting a report about a motor vehicle theft. A resident parked his vehicle on the street in front of his home overnight and when he returned to it the following morning, it was missing. The vehicle, a black 2022 Honda CRV, was entered as stolen. This incident is under investigation.

AMPERE PARKWAY – Officers responded to the 300-block of Ampere Parkway after getting a report about a motor vehicle theft. The complainant left her vehicle unattended while she went to pick up her children. She then observed a dark-colored sedan drive up. The passenger exited the vehicle and drove away with her vehicle. The vehicle, a gray 2024 Honda CRV, was entered as stolen. This incident is under investigation.
