BLOOMFIELD ROADS
Bloomfield officials are asking residents to watch where they park their cars if the snow starts piling up.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, all county snow streets must be cleared of all vehicles when covered with snow. The list includes:
- Broad St.
- Bloomfield Ave.
- Belleville Ave.
- Franklin St.
- Grove St.
- Hoover Ave.
- West Passaic Ave.
- Watchung Ave.
“Vehicles that are not moved will be subjected to being issued a ticket and towed,” police stated. “This will allow The DPW to clear the snow properly.”
Need somewhere to move your car? Bloomfield residents can park in any of the Recreation Department Parking Lots: Felton Field, Pulaski Park, Upper Memorial Park, Clarks Pond South, Wrights Field or Board of Education Lots.
Any vehicle parked in a board of education lot must be removed by 7 a.m. on Tuesday, or its owner will be ticketed and towed, authorities said.
