Bloomfield Adjusts Trash, Recycling Collection During Holiday
Here's when garbage and recycling will be collected in Bloomfield.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield residents who usually have their garbage or recycling collected on Fridays will be subject to an altered schedule on Christmas day.
The township's public works department announced instead of picking up trash on Friday, it will make the rounds on the following Tuesday. It is also pushing back recycling pickup by one day from Friday to Saturday.
The township said its recycling depot at 230 Grove Street will be open as usual on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
