Bloomfield Animal Shelter Launches Donation Drive To Aid Families

The “Season of Giving” is almost here!

Each week, the Manna Food Depot, part of Park United Methodist Church of Bloomfield, provides more than 25 local households with pet food. The recipients are truly grateful, and some express that this donation helps them keep their pets in their home.

The Bloomfield Animal Shelter and the Animal Shelter Advisory Board have partnered together during the month of October to collect donations of pet food for the Manna Food Depot. Our goal is to provide enough pet food for families in need throughout the holiday season. Please consider donating to this cause during the month of October.

  • Dry Dog Food
  • Dry Cat Food

DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS - Donations of NEW and SEALED bags of dry dog and cat food can be dropped off at the Animal Shelter daily between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. DONATIONS MUST BE LABELED "PANTRY."

If you or someone you know is in need of pet food, the Manna Food Depot distributes supplies every Thursday between 6 to 8 p.m. on a first-come first-served basis.
