Bloomfield To Hold 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony For 2025: See Details

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Township of Bloomfield will hold a remembrance ceremony for the victims of the September 11 attacks on Thursday, Sept. 11.

The public ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. on the historic Town Green, 84 Broad Street. The event will include reflections from the mayor and town council, a wreath dedication and music.

In addition, 2,977 luminary bags will be lit and placed around the Town Green in honor of the lives lost that day. The luminary bags will remain lit until 9:11 p.m.
