Bloomfield Man Randomly Hit by Gunfire in Allentown, PA

A Bloomfield man was shot several times while sitting outside an apartment building in Allentown, PA, according to published reports.

Joseph F. Lozada, 21, was reportedly looking at his cell phone while waiting for a relative shortly before midnight on Saturday when he heard gunshots and realized he had been hit, the Pennsylvania newspaper the Morning Call reports. 

Lozada was reportedly hit in the shoulder, forearm, leg and the right side of his torso, but did not see who shot him.
