Bloomfield Schools Closed Thursday Due To Winter Storm
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory and a hazardous weather outlook for the Bloomfield area.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Bloomfield Public School District will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 6 due to a winter storm.
According to an advisory from the district:
"As communicated last night, we initially planned a delayed opening for today, Thursday, 2/6/25. However, due to the continued snowfall, deteriorating road conditions, and updated weather forecasts, Bloomfield Schools will now be CLOSED. This will be a traditional snow day. The safety of our school community is our top priority. We apologize for the late notice and thank you for your understanding."
