In Bloomfield: Chamber Announces 2017 Board Executives And Trustees

From The Suburban Essex Chamber Of Commerce:The Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce “chamber” installed its 2017 Executive Board and Board of Trustees at Senorita’s in Bloomfield on January 12, 2017.

According to a news release, the chamber was incorporated in 1917 as the Bloomfield Board of Trade. In 1923, the name was changed to become the Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce. The group joined forces with the Belleville Chamber of Commerce to become the Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce in 2003. A New Jersey non-profit corporation, the Chamber is a volunteer association of businesses and professional people working together to enhance the growth and prosperity of the business community.
