New Municipal Parking Garage In Bloomfield Is Open

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A new municipal parking garage is fully operational in Bloomfield.

Additional public parking is now available in the Bloomfield Center area at the Royal Municipal Garage, officials announced earlier this week.

According to a news release from the township:

“For those seeking long-term parking, commuter and business permits are available through the Bloomfield Parking Utility at www.bloomfieldparking.org. Permit holders may utilize designated long-term facilities, including the Glenwood Garage and the Six Points Parking Deck. Applications can be completed online via the Propark portal.”

“We’re proud to offer increased parking access in Bloomfield Center,” Mayor Jenny Mundell said.

“As our downtown continues to develop and attract more visitors, it is essential that we provide the infrastructure necessary to support local businesses and accommodate the needs of our residents and guests,” Mundell said.
