Preparation for High Holy Days - TSHUVA: Turning and Returning
A half-day Mindfulness Meditation Retreat with Rabbi Rex Perlmeter and Beth Sandweis will be held Saturday Sept. 13 at Bnai Keshet.

From 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday September 13, Rabbi Rex Perlmeter and Beth Sandweis will lead a half day Mindfulness Meditation Retreat at Bnai Keshet in Montclair.
How can we cultivate the qualities of heart and mind that allow us to turn toward or return to what matters most in our lives?
Spending a half day in contemplative practice is a uniquely wonderful way to prepare for the High Holy Days – to regain balance in our lives, and to cultivate greater awareness, clarity, peacefulness and compassion for ourselves and others. The power of doing this together in community can be transformative.
