“As part of the township’s on-going roadway program, Spring Street from James Street to the dead end is currently under construction, including new curbing, drainage pipe, milling and resurfacing. This work will also include milling and paving of Cottage Place as the project progresses. While Spring Street and Cottage Place should remain partially opened and passable during most phases of this work, residents of this area may experience delays. The gates located at the dead-end of Spring Street will be opened to allow residents to exit onto Belleville Avenue through the Oaks Pond Apartments parking area.”
Bloomfield police officers will be present to assist residents as needed.
Work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., when weather permits.
