At 12:15, the Bloomfield Library screens the movie Pitch Perfect. The comedic drama follows the journey of an underdog college a cappella group and stars Anna Kendrick. The <a href="http://www.jerseytapfest.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Jersey Tap Fest</a>, the state's only tap dance festival, takes place  August 22-25, at Bloomfield College's Westminster Arts Center. Looking for a new furry friend? The Bloomfield Animal Shelter <a href="https://bloomfield.patch.com/groups/events/p/cat-and-kitten-adoption-event" rel="nofollow">holds a </a><a href="https://bloomfield.patch.com/groups/events/p/cat-and-kitten-adoption-event" rel="nofollow">cat and kitten adoption event</a> on Saturday. Throughout August, the Bloomfield Health Department is reaching out to students returning to college with to offer vaccinations for a nominal fee.
