Thief Steals Car From Bloomfield Auto Body Shop: Police
The vehicle was in the shop for repairs, police said.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A car thief stole a vehicle from an auto body shop in Bloomfield last week, authorities say.
The Bloomfield Police Department released the following details about the theft, which was reported on March 21:
“Officers responded to 169 Grove Street (Regal Auto Body) on report of a motor vehicle theft. According to the complainant, a male entered the front door of the shop and took the key of a vehicle that was there for repair. The vehicle, a white 2025 BMW I5, was entered as stolen.”
A police investigation into the theft continues, authorities said.
