Veterans Day Parade In Bloomfield: 2025 Holiday Event

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — An annual Veterans Day parade will return to Bloomfield on Tuesday, Nov. 11.

Veterans Day is held to honor the nation’s military veterans for their “patriotism, love of country and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good,” according to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Bloomfield's parade will take place at 11:11 a.m. The parade route will take place at the corners of Hoover Avenue and Broad Street, marching south on Broad Street to the corners of Pitt Street and Broad Street.

A luncheon reception will be held at the Town Pub (378 Broad Street) following the parade. The event is free of charge for veterans ($20 for all other attendees).

This year’s parade will highlight the Hometown Heroes Banner Project, featuring 52 banners along Broad Street honoring Bloomfield veterans and active-duty service members.
