West Orange Adoptable Pet of the Week: Moose

Sweet goofball needs a loving family...

This week, meet adoptable Moose!

Sweet Moose is just a big, goofy guy, weighing in at about 70 lbs. He is believed to be a Pit Bull Terrier mix.

Volunteers take Moose on daily walks ... or one could say HE takes the volunteers for walks ... and they've all fallen in love. Since Moose came in as a stray, and because of his size, and because it is unknown if there were children in his previous home, it is felt that an all-adult, experienced, large breed household would be best (no children, please).

Moose tries to keep his run clean which could be an indication he's housebroken.

The town vet has checked him and he was given his rabies vaccination. The vet believes Moose to be about four years old.
