Woman Arrested After Police Find Heroin, Crack Cocaine At Bloomfield Home
A Bloomfield woman arrested Wednesday allegedly stashed crack cocaine in a vacuum in her home.

Essex County Sheriffs arrested a Bloomfield woman Wednesday after uncovering large amounts of narcotics in her township home.
Carolyn Mendez-Molder, 53, was arrested after being pulled over close to her 43 Hickory Street home, according to NorthJersey.com. Mendez-Molder was arraigned on Wednesday morning on numerous drug charges.
Police executed a search warrant of her home after pulling Mendez-Molder over and discovered a cache of narcotics.

NorthJersey.com reported authorities found 499 glassine envelopes of heroin, 150 vials of crack cocaine stashed in a vacuum cleaner and a bag of marijuana and drug processing and packaging materials in a kitchen cabinet. Another 30 vials of crack cocaine were uncovered in a laundry hamper, NorthJersey.com said.
Authorities said Mendez-Molder also had $1,145 on her person at the time of her arrest, according to NorthJersey.com.

Mendez-Molder has been charged with numerous drug charges, including three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and one count of possession of narcotics paraphernalia.
Mendez-molder is being held at Essex County Jail on $300,000 bail.
