Join us to learn more about high blood pressure and cholesterol and how you can incorporate healthy practices into your life to decrease your risk! FREE Wellness Screenings will be offered as well between 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Screenings will include Blood Pressure, Pulse, BMI, Glucose, Cholesterol and Stroke Risk Assessment.
