Vehicle Overturns After Crash Near Brick School

BRICK, NJ — A crash on Lanes Mill Road disrupted traffic on Wednesday morning near Lanes Mill Elementary School but there were no injuries, Brick Township police said.

There were no injuries reported, Officer Victoria Finelli said.

The crash happened shortly after 7 a.m. in front of Lanes Mill School and one of the vehicles wound up on its side and was blocking the travel lanes, she said.

That forced officers to divert traffic onto Primrose Lane through the apartment complex while the crash was cleared, Finelli said. That caused heavy traffic in the area.

The road was reopened to traffic about 7:45 a.m.
