• Burlington man charged with attempted murder after stabbing on Belmont Street (shorenewsnetwork.com) — A man was critically injured in a stabbing Monday night on Belmont Street in the city of Burlington, and a suspect was arrested at the scene, according to local police. The victim remains in critical condition at Cooper Trauma Center, while the accused is being held at the Burlington County Detention Facility on attempted murder and weapons charges. Authorities say there is no ongoing threat to the community.
