$10K Donation To Caldwell Food Pantry Gets Big Thumbs-Up

The local food pantry serves up to 60 households weekly, providing essential resources to Caldwell and West Caldwell residents in need.

CALDWELL, NJ — A big donation recently got a big thumbs-up from the Caldwell Food Pantry.

Last week, the Caldwell Health & Human Services Department extended its “deepest gratitude” for a $10,000 donation made to the Caldwell Food Pantry by Kevin O'Toole and Thomas Scrivo, managing partners of O'Toole Scrivo LLC, and Kenny Meka, president of North American Eagle Construction.

“We also thank Mayor Garrett Jones, Borough Administrator Alex Palumbo, and Administrative Consultant Tom Tucci for their continued support,” organizers stated.

“The Caldwell Food Pantry serves up to 60 households weekly, providing essential resources to Caldwell and West Caldwell residents in need,” the thank-you message continued. “Thanks to this generous contribution, we can continue making a meaningful impact in our community.”

The Caldwell Food Pantry is open on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Thursday evenings from 4 to 6 p.m. for Caldwell and West Caldwell residents to shop for food. It is located in the Irene Gibbons Health & Human Services Building, 14 Park Avenue.
