Caldwell Church To Hold Spring Coat Drive

From First Presbyterian Church at Caldwell: The First Presbyterian Church at Caldwell is holding a spring coat and sweater drive on from March 19- April 2. The church will accept gently used coats and sweaters at the church office at 326 Bloomfield Ave. in Caldwell during business hours on weekdays and on Sundays on March 19, 26 and April 2.

The church will accept coats for men, women and children. The garments should be clean and free from rips and stains. It is preferred that the donated coats and sweaters be placed in plastic shopping or garbage bags.

It is the 18th year the church has held the drive. All of the donated coats and sweaters are given to St. John’s Church in Newark, which provides services for the needy, including a soup kitchen and medical care.
