Caldwell, Roseland, Fairfield Gymnasts Shine Bright at Invitational Competition
24 gymnasts from Tumble Techs Gymnastics Academy of Fairfield competed in Edison this past weekend. All qualified for state sectionals.

24 gymnasts from Tumble Techs Gymnastics Academy of Fairfield Level 3 and 4 USAG team participated this past weekend in the “Ready, Set, Go” invitational competition held at Bishop Ahr High School in Edison, New Jersey. Check out a video of these talented local gymnasts below.
The young athletes, who range in age from 6 to 11, had a successful start to their competition season, with all twenty-four girls qualifying for the upcoming state-sectional meet. From there, they will have the opportunity to represent Tumble Techs at the state championships later this season.
For many of these young ladies, this was their very first time stepping onto the competition floor and they made both their coaches and parents very proud! The Level 3 and 4 teams consist of athletes from Fairfield, Roseland, the Caldwells, Wayne, and other neighboring communities.

The Level 3 team includes Maxwell Araonowitz, Elizabeth Blendan, Kaylee Capozzi, Maeve Czaplewski, Morgan Dector, Joslyn Deguzman, Fiona Gough, Lauren Hain, Jenna Kaiser, Claire Kiernan, Anna Kolm, Olivia Markman, Caroline Pienciak, Halle Schulke, Harper Tulleson, and Emily Nolan. Comprising the Level 4 team are gymnasts Jacqueline Bernardo, Jenna Falco, Madeline Martin, Madelyn McDermott, Kaitlyn Rapp, Grace Schulke, Shaila Spritzer, and Arianna and Brielle Wood.
Aside from qualifying for the state-sectional competition, several young ladies also stood atop the podium. Fairfield natives Fiona Gough and Kaylee Capozzi placed third and fourth respectively in the Level 3 all-around competition. Several other team members also contributed to the medal count, finishing amongst the top athletes on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor.

The girls train several days per week with coaches Heather Cullen, Alexandra Niles, and Jaime McKenna. Now that the competition season is underway, the gymnasts look to improve upon this past weekend’s performances at upcoming local meets in preparation for the state championships.
The future looks bright for these exceptional young athletes at Tumble Techs!
