Caldwell Waitress: I Was Sexually Harassed by Tick Tock Diner Ex-Manager

A waitress from Caldwell who formally worked at the Tick Tock Diner is claiming she was "groped and bombarded with salacious texts" by ex-manager Georgios Spyropoulos, who was recently charged in a murder-for-hire plot, according to NJ.com.
Alexandra Scerbak alleges in a lawsuit that Spyropoulos, co-owner of the famous restaurant in Clifton, sexually harassed her by touching her inappropriately on the job, sending her sexually explicit text messages and offering her money in return for sexual acts, according to the article.
Spyropoulos' uncle and co-owner Alexandros Sgourdos and two other owners of the diner were also named as co-defendents in the case, according to the newspaper.

Scerbak claims Sgourdos' and the other owner's knew about the sexual harassment, and she was fired April 2012 for bringing it to their attention, according to NJ.com.
Spyropoulous, 45, of Clifton, is also facing charges that he intended to hire a hit man to kill his uncle, Sgourdos. He pleaded not guilty later in April and was being held on $1 million bail on conspiracy to commit murder and weapons charges.

This week, Spyropoulos was released from Passaic County jail after posting $600,000 bail, according to NJ.com.
The ex-manager planned to pay a hitman $20,000 to kidnap, torture, and kill his uncle for his personal monetary gain, said authorities.
